116 Waihoehoe Road - Drury

Description

116 Waihoehoe Road is an 18.5 hectare landholding in Drury located to the north of Waihoehoe Road and east of the North Island Main Trunk Railway. Oyster Capital progressed a process to rezone the site from the Future Urban Zone to the Terraced Housing and Apartment Buildings Zone between 2017 and 2022. The site has been comprehensively master-planned to facilitate 357 residential dwellings, alongside an interconnected network of roads, pedestrian and cycle paths, and significant areas of open space and restored and enhanced wetlands and waterways.
